These data were collected at the University of Iowa in Fall 2023.
Beetles were reared on Blackeye peas (N=6) or Mung beans (N=6).  Negative control data were subtracted from the sample data.
Beetles were from the LB strain adapted to their host beans for many generations.
Beetles were adult both males and females.
Beetles were surface-sterilized.
Beetles were extracted with QIAGEN DNA-Easy kits.
